Saleh was born and raised in Stockholm, to a Swedish mother and Egyptian father. Growing up, he quickly showed an exceptional talent and interest for expressive art forms, becoming one of Sweden's most prominent graffiti artists in the 80s and 90s. His eye for creative communication found new outlets by studying art in Egypt, working as a graphic designer, publishing multiple magazines, as well as co-founding the production company Atmo.
He stepped into to the world of screens in the late 90s, and found new ways to experiment with creative expression. Saleh, being the definition of a multi-talented filmmaker, has done everything from producing and writing TV-series to directing feature films, music videos and documentaries.
